There are several (and I do mean SEVERAL) wild turkeys in my back yard… and neighborhood. They don’t seem to be scared of anything. The other day I was out walking and came across this trio of turkeys meandering across the street. I had to laugh and grab a few shots of them. Enjoy!

That’s so strange! I nearly laughed when I saw the picture, more out of disbelief but if you say there’s loads of critters walking about, then I guess it’s entirely plausible!

What a hoot! Walking down the street … strolling the neighborhood!
That’s pretty comical! Wild turkeys appear to be quite drab, but upon closer inspection, their feathers shimmer in the sunlight! `karen
LOL! They really are funny looking, afraid they would be shot around here. Cool pic.
Brooke: That was such great photos, I don’t see wild turkey very often but do love to see them.
Now that’s funny! I would love to see wild turkey’s running down my street! :-)
All three are gobblers so maybe they’re looking for mates. :)
Too funny.
Terrific shot!
LOL, that is an unusual site. They do look funny just wandering down the road.
Great shots.
Thank you for your comments on mine. :)
How very odd to see the turkeys walking down the road!
These are great photos, very well captured!
LOL! When we were in Massachusetts last week, we had to stop while a whole passel of Turkeys crossed the road. I thought, “This has to be the only residential neighborhood around with wild turkeys.” Apparently not.
That’s crazy that they’d be walking down the street like that! How COOL!
Thanks so much for commenting on my blog – Much appreciated!
Love the turkey crossing, they are so well trained ;-) perfect line!
